4. Set up your profile
A complete profile helps your team recognize you and keeps company defaults clean from day one.
Open Update My Account
Open Update My Account (Edit My Profile) and fill in your name, contact details, photo, and highlight color.
Fill the basics
Add your name as you want it shown, contact details, and photo if you use one. Save when you’re done.
Company defaults (owner/admin)
If you’re the company admin, also set company name, default state, and logos under Admin / company settings so reports and PDFs look right.
